This past weekend I had the great honor of being the team leader and director/writer for a 48 Hour Horror Project (detroit48hfp). I was lucky enough to have the best cast, creatives, and crew a director could ever ask for, including collaborators outside of Michigan. Every one of them worked their tails off to create something unique, novel, and terrifying. The final film is titled "Hazel's Eyes" and I cannot wait for folks to be able to see it. I can say, without an ounce of hyperbole that this was one of the most rewarding filmmaking experiences I've ever had with one of the most incredible groups I've ever worked with. I am grateful to each and every one of you for your hard work, trust, and dedication. Thank you all. A special thank you to Jennifer Gentner for putting so much work in to ensure that it happened.
