Over 50 young people from NCS joined the PrinceAndPrincessOfWales and special guests incl. DrAlexGeorge today to talk about the specific mental health challenges their generation faces. The ‘Exploring our Emotional Worlds’ event, run in partnership with TheMixUK for #WorldMentalHealthDay, was all about understanding how emotions play a part in our lives and exploring the solutions that could support young people to better look after their own and each other’s mental wellbeing.
