We recently shined the spotlight on Madi Harris about her experience at Training HAUS. Now, meet her twin sister abiharrislax! The duo tore opposite ACLs within weeks of each other and are rehabbing together at the HAUS. "My experience at Training HAUS has been AMAZING! Every time I come in, it's always so positive, and it's my favorite part of the day. Over the past nine months, both my twin sister and I have been there several days a week for rehab for the same injury (ACL reconstruction). I have learned so much and grown as an athlete, not only making my knee stronger but also my body and mind so I can get back to lacrosse. I have had so much fun with my Sports Physical Therapist mshirilla. He's always pushing me to be my best. Using the HAUS' services like massage or their Sports Dietitian has made my recovery even easier."
