Oregon Defensive Coordinator Tosh Lupoi had the rare opportunity to spend five years under the tutelage of Nick Saban. Few get the opportunity to do that — let alone for half a decade. Lupoi took full advantage of it and learned dozens of lessons throughout his time in Tuscaloosa. First as a Defensive Analyst, then as a defensive coordinator. So what was his biggest observation of Nick Saban? “It was awesome for me to see a lead by example coach. When the boss is working just as hard as anybody else, that’s always motivating to me.” @nextupwithab #cfb #collegefootball
