This weekend I ran in my first ever official 5k race through the @unrwausa #Gaza5k. I have ran-walked in more casual 5ks, so my goal was not about time, but to actually run the entire time. And, aside from a water break half-way, I ran the whole thing 🙌🙌🏽🙌🏿 For those who know my Covid story and my lifelong aversion to running, you know this is quite the milestone. Damn grateful am I. Even better and more importantly is that all the funds that I raise go to support Palestinians refugees. There is still time to give and hopefully others will join me next year!
