Daniel Geeng is the PGT PLO Series II Champion! And he closes out his impressive series with a win in Event #9: $25,200 Pot-Limit Omaha Championship! Ove the series, Geeng nabbed four cashes, with two final tables, for a total of $703,160. That earned him 481 PGT points which was more than enough to earn him the series championship and $25,000 bonus. The Event #9 final table was all Geeng, all the way, as he tore past his opponents and quickly amassed a gargantuan chip lead. Along the way he dispatched of his closest competitor on the leaderboard, Benjamin Juhasz, all but securing him the top spot. Geeng entered heads-up play against Veselin Karakitukov with a rouggly 2-1 chip lead and it didn't take him long to finish the job. In the final hand, Geeng flopped top set against Karakitukov's bottom set and flush draw. Geeng would get the money in and hold to capture the $487,500 first-place prize.
