This triplet has been seen before, the three movements are common combinations in competition. The deadlift takes away from the box jump and vice versa, just a little bit, enough to make you have to work harder. The HSPU is an antagonist in many ways to the deadlift but the ROM is similar.
Make sure you are focused on bracing the core throughout all movements. This is the main thing that all movements have in common, the core must be engaged.
