If last week the USWNT stalled in a 0-0 draw against Colombia, this Sunday it was a different story. Infused with the hunger of youth, the US rolled over Las Cafeteras 3-0. Mind you this was the country that almost shocked the world this summer, led in part by the great Leicy Santos. Still, Mia Fishel took the opportunity to bag her first USWNT goal, and Jaedyn Shaw added one too. Those two — at just 19 and 22 — stole the show. Like seeing two friends playing for laughs at the local park. We’d all asked for the team to try out some young blood coming off the World Cup.
