#mlb #umpire Dave Rackley does a lot for UMPS CARE behind the scenes, playing a key role with our All-Star College Scholarship Committee. This program awards two college scholarships annually ($10,000 per year for four years) to students who were adopted later in life. Dave has been an incredible resource with our application process, and we are proud to say UMPS CARE has provided more than $310,000 to children adopted at 13 or older and truly changing the trajectory of their lives.
