Make Maddox’s famous Choco Protein Oatmeal Chewy Bars with us 🤤🍫

- [ ] Low calorie quick oatmeal 2 packets or 1 cup
- [ ] 2Tbs almond butter
- [ ] Drizzle of honey
- [ ] 2-3 TBS water
- [ ] Dash of cinnamon
- [ ] Dash of salt
- [ ] Scoop of protein (Maddox is using weight gainer. Our household uses protein powder low in carbs and high in protein)
- [ ] Mix until it’s a sticky and formed ball
- [ ] Press the ball in parchment paper and flat in a pan
Chocolate layer is 2-3TBS dark chocolate chips (or semi-sweet depending on your macro goal) and 1/2tsp of coconut oil and warm-up in microwave for 1-minute. Mix well and coat the granola layer.
Place in freezer for 15min and enjoy! *Store in fridge to keep cold*
