We are still basking in the excitement and reminiscing about the launch of our 50th well at the Thimbi Primary School in Malawi several weeks ago! 🎉 Aside from the great numeric milestone, it also signals an increased focus for us on addressing the critical link between clean water and education in our partner communities. 📚💧 Without access to clean water, students are not able to get the most out of their education. ❌ Unclean, inconsistent, and inaccessible water sources lead to increased water-borne disease which directly affects attendance and students’ ability to concentrate in class. Also, more time sourcing water from faraway water sources means less time studying at home and in the classroom.
