10 minute Korean Egg Rice, aka Gyeran Bap đ
Youâll never have to skip breakfast with this quick and delicious dish!
đ Ingredients
⢠2 large eggs
⢠1 ½ cup cooked rice
⢠1 tablespoon unsalted butter
⢠1 tablespoon soy sauce
⢠1 teaspoon sesame oil
To Serve
⢠1 stalk green onion minced
⢠1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
⢠Seaweed snacka
⢠Kimchi

1. Fry your eggs with 1 tablespoon of oil in a small non-stick skillet over medium heat.â¨
2. In a small bowl, add the cooked rice and butter. Then place the eggs on top and season with soy sauce and sesame oil. Garnish with green onion and toasted sesame seeds
3. Break the yolk, and mix until combined. Then enjoy with kimchi and seaweed snack!â¨
