Cellar series week 6 ~ Noah Costa della Sesia “Dellamesola”2020 Noah Bramaterra “Rocce de Luce” 2018 Andrea Mosca abandoned his his career as an architect in the mid 2000s and acquired three hectares of vines in and around the village of Brusnengo, in the heart of the Bramaterra appellation. Christening his project NOAH, after his then-newborn son Francesco Noah, Andrea quickly set to producing beginning with the 2011 vintage. For this weeks cellar series we’re pouring two of his wines, both made with primarily Nebbiolo, and blended with Vespolina and Croatina. The “Bramaterra” boasts a vibrant freshness alongside a wildness with accompanying tannins that provide structure for long aging. The “Dellamesola” delivers the volcanic thrust of Bramaterra on a friendlier and more immediately luscious frame, with lifted, vividly articulated dark red fruit and a subtle floral character. Join us for a glass of this weeks cellar series! #terzompls #brodersrestaurants #eatlocalmpls #terzowi...
