I got a special invitation to run with my neighbor at her gotrna 5k tomorrow morning in flagstaff, AZ. Unfortunately I had to take a rain check because I’m in New York this weekend competing at the usatf Road 5k National Championships tomorrow morning! You bet I’ll be bringing that sparkle energy with me as I enter into Central Park though! It’s such a good reminder of WHY I love doing this silly running thing.
