Have you been caught off guard? It’s in these moments where fear and doubt creep in, insecurity often causes us to react according to our feelings. We need to stop acting based on what we see. We need to respond based on what we know to be true. The enemy is so good at tempting us to react, but we need to choose to respond. What’s the difference? React: Operating in our own strength and solutions. Respond: To turn to God for wisdom in our trials and conflicts. So what happens when we do react? When we react, and things start falling apart, out of desperation we try to manipulate and control everything to somehow create the outcome we think we want or need. Instead, let’s respond.
