Happy New Year! I’ve been getting a ton of questions about my goals for 2022 and I’m typically not a New Years resolution type of person but here’s a few things I decided I really wanted to get better at in 2022 Personal goals - I want to improve my organization and structure and be more deliberate with my time. I found way to often in 2021 I’d get overwhelmed and stressed and it mostly had to do with my time management and a little bit of lack of discipline and procrastination. Some things I’m going to do different is… - stick to my calendar and actually use it. - wake up and go to sleep at the same time each day. - Actually set hard limits on screen time for social media and my phone in general. - Schedule out a plan for the week each Sunday afternoon. Fitness goals - I had a great time competing and obviously miss the shreds from my show. I plan on competing in the Monster Mash INBF/WNBF show in Boston MA, November 7-8th.
