3️⃣ TIPS for FAT LOSS that isn’t “calorie deficit 🙄”

Now absolutely of course you need to be in a caloric deficit to lose fat BUT what do you do after that? What can you do to not feel like you’re dying and have a successful fat loss phase?
1. Drink. MORE. Water. Simply increasing your daily water intake has been shown to support weight loss because it helps you feel fuller and let’s face it most of us aren’t drinking enough water anyway for optimal health.
2. Eat high volume low calorie dense foods. Now I know what you’re thinking… WTF is that? There are many but the king is veggies if you can find a way to add a veggies to your meals DO IT! Helps add volume to your meals and helps you feel full without extra calories.
3. Intermittent fasting. Now BY ITSELF the act of intermittent fasting when calories are equated doesn’t burn more fat however you’re much less likely to over eat in a shorter eating window. This may not be sustainable for some peo...
