The Spring Dinner will take place at the Chefs’ House on the campus of George Brown College (GBC) on Friday, June 16. 🏴 🇨🇦 🏴

The evening will begin at 6:30pm with a cocktail reception. The dinner will begin at approximately 7:15pm. The 3- course menu including canapes is listed below. A vegetarian option will be available at checkout for the same price as the featured option.
* Canapes: Chickpea Panelle, Romesco, Hazelnut, Asparagus, Avocado Purée, Crispy Pancetta, Beef Cheek Bitterballen, Dijon Mustard, Chervil
* Appetizer: Cold-smoked Salmon with Fennel, Grapefruit, Aioli
* Main course: Roasted Lamb Loin with Toasted Barley, Asparagus, Onion Soubise
* Dessert: Sticky Toffee Pudding with Vanilla Ice Cream
