A unique region within Italy where agriculture and the production of wine is a part of the cultural lifestyle. Traditions of food are rooted in that of the farm laborers, food that is rustic & simple yet is full of flavor and history. Piemonte is the most highly represented region in Terzo’s wine cellar and for good reason! It’s where Barolo and Barbaresco are produced. These wines have been the backbone of Terzo’s wine program since Charlie Broder started building it back in 2013.
