Autumn Hugo Spritz (Makes 1) ◻️ 1 oz elderflower liqueur ◻️ 1 mint sprig, plus more for garnish ◻️ 1 fig, plus more for garnish ◻️ 1 oz pomegranate juice ◻️ 2 oz prosecco ◻️ 2 oz sparkling water ◻️ Pomegranate arils 1. Add elderflower liqueur, mint and 1 fig to a wine glass. Gently muddle to release juices and oils but not break apart. Let sit for 2-3 minutes. 2. Fill the glass with ice. Add pomegranate juice, prosecco, sparkling water and stir.
