Having worked with the likes of Joe Hart, David DeGea, Edwin Van Der Sar and Peter Schmeichel, Eric Steele will give an in depth look at the methods used to prepare the elite goalkeeper for training and games. While the physical preparation is a major part of performance,video analysis, leadership training, visual acuity and mental sharpness/endurance all impact the overall outcome. Eric will discuss the methods used at the highest levels and how they benefit the mental and physical state of the elite goalkeeper.
