Been at this music stuff since middle school. Before any type of “algorithm”, any type of “numbers & followers”. Just strictly passion. I don’t care what you do…True passion won’t allow you to give up. This was 6 years ago. I was in college. BROKE. Literally recreating my favorite beat of all time. “Slow Jamz” With nothing but pure joy & happiness . I came across this video and thought I’d share it because, it’s been a min since I felt like that. A lot of people will say it’s because “we’re getting older”. & life will start to kick in differently. The truth is…life was always “kicking in”…it’s just the pressure isn’t the same when you’re at the bottom because you have nothing to lose. (I’m far from the top) lol…but Once you get a taste of any-type of success, you try to maintain what you gained instead of just focusing on your why. That’s where the battle is for me now.
