Amid the backdrop of threats and harassment against elections officials nationwide, today Fulton County was added to the handful of places targeted by suspicious letters. Some of them were potentially laced with fentanyl. Fulton County, which includes a wide swath of Atlanta, has been in the news a lot lately. It’s drawn the ire of the former president, as well as been a target of the far-right. The Fulton County Commissioner was bold in his statement earlier saying he believes this is just a foreshadowing of what we should all be prepared for in 2024.
