If you’re like me and haven’t quite moved on from all the tasty fall flavors, this one is for you! Black tea, fresh lemon, pumpkin puree, sweet maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice combine to create a divine intertwining of flavors. This is a great non-alcoholic version of the Pumpkin Pie Whiskey Sour I made a couple weeks ago.

Pumpkin Mocktail Sour (makes 1)
◻️ 2 oz black tea, chilled
◻️ 1 meyer lemon
◻️ 1/2 tbsp pumpkin puree
◻️ 3/4 oz aquafaba
◻️ 3/4 oz pure maple syrup
◻️ Dash turmeric
◻️ Dash pumpkin pie spice
◻️ Garnish: star anise
1. Brew black tea and chill.
2. Add black tea, juice from meyer lemon, pumpkin puree, aquafaba, maple syrup, turmeric and pumpkin pie spice to a cocktail shaker and dry shake (without ice) until foamy. Add 2-3 large ice cubes and shake until cubes are melted. Pour into a coupe glass.
