Last week, I had the privilege of participating in the 'Sister, Sister: Navigating Mental Health As Black Women' Panel at the Mental Health Expo, organized by my brother, @LENARD. The profound connection between truth-telling and mental health for Black women is undeniable. While we often hear the truth being SPOKEN, there's an equally important aspect of living and embodying that truth. The pervasive objectification we face can make this journey more challenging. It's essential that we reclaim our power and create spaces where we feel safe within our own bodies! ✊🏾💕
