Our Team- Part 4! Today we're introducing our Project Coordinator: Corey. A few words from him: "I’ve been in the industry since 2015, with focus on framing, handy-person jobs, installing low voltage and security systems, and more. When I joined Ratia Construction I quickly learned that the possibilities are endless. I love being a part of transforming spaces to fit different personalities and design styles." Corey's Favorite Project: Landmarked Lincoln Park Project: We gutted a 3-story landmarked house with a 2-story coach house to then add a 3-story addition to the main house. We preserved and restored different historic materials and finishes throughout the home in respect of the original architecture. I’ve enjoyed sourcing and problem-solving different ways to replicate, restore, and replace different hardware, fireplace surrounds, trim, and other finishes in this old home.
