*Historic or timeless details I look for as a home buyer* When we were searching for “the house”, there were a few things on my must-have list: - Pretty exterior details that are hard to replicate today like the plaster columns, crest and arch details. - An inviting front entry with original staircase. - Lots of windows (original windows are a plus) and tall ceilings. - Square footage (in this case a previous addition) so we don’t have to create an addition, there is space to Reno already built. - Outdoor spaces with potential What details do you look for or love about older homes?
