I went to school for Fashion Merchandising and spent years working in the fashion/retail world. After having my son, I decided to become a stay-at-home mom, which as much as I loved, I felt like a part of me was missing. I started working as a stylist for Stitch Fix, which gave me the freedom I wanted but still lacked ownership.
