Proud AF! First race ever and shaved two minutes off my miles (from all three times I ran leading up to this 😆). I never thought I would be someone who ran a 5K, much less a 10K! One thing about me is I am never afraid to be seen starting something new. I am never afraid of being bad or even being last. I am only afraid of not showing up. I did this for 23-year-old me who thought life was over when I got interstitial cystitis. Every time my body felt tired I reminded it we’ve been through so much worse together. We’ve kept going so many times and that does not end today or ever. #lululemon10k
