♻️ Dean Miller Attends Leadership Dinner with Wrigley Fellows ✌️ USC Dornsife Dean Amber Miller recently visited Catalina Island and met with the 2022 @uscwrigley Fellows for dinner. 🔬 This cohort is the first in a newly expanded fellows’ program for USC PhD students. In the past, summer research in natural sciences were supported at the island’s headquarters for graduate students from a variety of institutions. This year the program is expanding, supporting students from other institutions for island research. 🐳 Students will receive mentoring and other professional development support throughout the spring, before completing a summer research season either on the island or at UPC. 🥼 The fellows are all studying the environment and sustainability, and come from a variety of disciplines including chemistry, marine and environmental biology, psychology, and history.
