People consciously and unconsciously use verbal excuses when they talk about how they spend their time.
Why is it a struggle to "find" time to workout? Or "make" time to do it?
Because time is never hiding. It doesn't need to be found.
And time isn't like a cake. You can't make it.
People use those phrases all the time to avoid the real reason and personal accountability for how they used their time.
You don't find time. You use it.
You don't make time. You use it.
You always have time.
And you always use it somehow.
