The 10 Freeway in downtown Los Angeles will continue to be closed after Saturday’s raging pallet warehouse fire.
On Saturday, Gov. Gavin Newsom declared a state of emergency to help facilitate cleanup and repairs.
The freeway will remain closed in both directions between Alameda Street and Santa Fe Avenue, with closures affecting connectors to I-5 and the Hollywood (101) and Pomona (60) freeways.
Drivers are being urged to avoid the affected area and use alternate routes and public transportation instead.
The cause of the damage is still under investigation.
