If you have a job, you need to be good at that job for how it is now . . . (2020, 2021, 2022, etc) . . . not how it used to be "back in the day". That's over. Was it better? Maybe or maybe not. But it doesn't matter. We're here now. You work in an environment you resent that you have to work in. Make a different choice. Make a better choice.
