A military veteran, Troy Nash holds a law degree, a doctorate in education, an MBA, and master’s degrees in economics and political science. Yet even with an impressive resume that also includes 22 years in real estate and two terms in public office, he was urged by his business partner to go back to school and earn his online Executive Master of Urban Planning (EMUP) from USCPrice.
