The View Is Different Once You Get To The Top Of Your Mountain👀 As an athlete when you have a surgery it’s easy to compare your #s from before. In reality you have to start from a completely clean slate. Before the injury I had a 40 inch vertical no problem. My first Vert test after surgery was 32inches 😅my second test was yesterday at 37inches 👀 so while it’s easy so get down on yourself, keep going.!
