Did you know October is National Seafood Month? We’ve got the perfect recipe to celebrate with! These Salmon Burgers on our Organic Hamburger Buns are sure to be a hit with the entire family!
Ingredients:
Naked Bread Organic Hamburger Buns
White Miso
Mirim or Sake
Soy Sauce
Sugar
Mayo
Sesame seed
Onion
Your favorite leafy greens
Directions:
1. Mix the White Miso, Mirim or Sake, Soy sauce, and sugar in a large bowl.
2. Evenly coat salmon with the sauce and let it marinate for 30 to 2 hrs.
3. Put marinated salmon in the Air Fryer, set the temperature to 425, and cook it for 7 to 9 minutes.
4. Mix in Mayo, Miso, Soy sauce, Sugar, and Sesame seeds, and toss your favorite leafy green.
5. Build your sandwich by piling up the greens, adding a few slices of onions, and laying down the salmon.
6. Enjoy!
