This is so obvious to me it’s painful. I see it constantly. What‘s especially disappointing and 💔 is all the super-talented people under performing because they’re more focused on swag, looking cool on social media, and seeking attention. Hate to see that. But as a competitor I recognize it creates an advantage and opportunity for everyone who doesn’t fall into that ego trap, even if you have less talent and experience.
