Ingredients
2 tablespoons chia seeds
3 ounces milk
2 tablespoons protein-packed Greek yogurt (flavor of choice!)
Handful of berries
Recipe
1. Pour chia seeds into a bowl or jar
2. Add milk and stir
3. Add Greek yogurt and berries and combine
4. Store in the refrigerator overnight
Enjoy cold!
