I often think about the things we praise .. as bosses as parents as leaders … please pay very close attention to what you praise what you cheer for … that is what those who you lead will believe is their value … please be very thoughtful about this .. it’s a conversation that isn’t as often talked about and after 25 years of running companies I can tell you it fully impacts your culture and what people aim to achieve ♥️❤️
