Our seventh grade Global Insights students are once again cooking up something delicious! During their most recent class, our students participated in an interactive cooking lesson on Moroccan couscous, learning about key spices used in North African cuisine (like cumin, cinnamon, and turmeric) and ingredients (like pomegranate, chickpeas, dried apricot, raisins, cucumbers, and carrots). Once they finished their preliminary research, our students then took to the "kitchen" to create a delectable Moroccan Couscous Salad.
