Stories matter in sneakers. Whether to story is told by the design of the shoe, or someone’s experience with a shoe, those are the things that keep me in the sneaker game. When I take photos, I try to do justice to the stories told by the designer or collaborator. Im not the best at it, but that is the goal every time I take pictures. I want people to see a story with each photo I take. Most of the time that I take with my photos is setting things up. Often times to complete a full set, I take up to an hour or more getting things how I want (lighting, laces, props, positions, etc ) before I even take the picture.
