Saturdays are my big cheat night! ๐
๐๐ Breakfast and lunch stay routine, but by the afternoon, things get a little crazy! Hereโs my Saturday food journey:
๐Pre-run banana. On this particular day, I ran 14 miles with just water
A bit of granola with post_grapenuts and organic berries with decaf black tea for breakfast.
๐ฅฏ๐ณ For lunch, itโs an everything bagel toasted with three scrambled eggs, siggisdairy yogurt, and drinkspindrift
In the late afternoon, I indulge in a full frosted chocolate brownie โ yep, thatโs true! More tea accompanies this sweet treat. ๐ซโ
Dinner is a highlight with takeout from our favorite Italian place: a huge Caesar salad, garlic bread, spinach ravioli, and +2 glasses of Sauvignon Blanc. To keep it refreshing, lacroixwater plain sparkling water with a true lime packet. ๐๐ฅ๐ท
