Saturdays are my big cheat night! ๐Ÿ˜† ๐Ÿ‡๐Ÿ“ Breakfast and lunch stay routine, but by the afternoon, things get a little crazy! Hereโ€™s my Saturday food journey: ๐ŸŒPre-run banana. On this particular day, I ran 14 miles with just water A bit of granola with post_grapenuts and organic berries with decaf black tea for breakfast. ๐Ÿฅฏ๐Ÿณ For lunch, itโ€™s an everything bagel toasted with three scrambled eggs, siggisdairy yogurt, and drinkspindrift In the late afternoon, I indulge in a full frosted chocolate brownie โ€“ yep, thatโ€™s true! More tea accompanies this sweet treat. ๐Ÿซโ˜• Dinner is a highlight with takeout from our favorite Italian place: a huge Caesar salad, garlic bread, spinach ravioli, and +2 glasses of Sauvignon Blanc.
