This National Rural Health Day, we’re excited to share the stories of ECU Health and Brody School of Medicine’s Rural Family Medicine Residency Program. The program launched in 2021 and is designed to equip physicians with specialized training in caring for patients in rural and underserved communities. Hear from two of the residents, both of whom have decided to continue serving in rural eastern North Carolina after their residency is complete, along with program director Dr. Audy Whitman.
