I am proud of how well “The Chicks and The Ducks” competed Saturday at the friendsgivingcomp . After 2 injuries, one being mine, we had 2 guys step up and fill a couple spots. I got to watch my them crush workout after workout and set new PRs! Ultimately, they finished 2nd place in the intermediate division, only trailing behind the other crossfitapex team.
