A new hotel is coming to Symphony Park in #DTLV! ✨ Jackson-Shaw will develop a dual-branded AC Hotel by Marriott Symphony Park and Element by Westin Symphony Park. The 261,530-square-foot building will sit on the south side of South Grand Central Parkway and Symphony Park Avenue between the World Market Center and The Smith Center for the Performing Arts. -Five stories -441 guest rooms -Amenities include a ballroom, entertainment suites, outdoor pool, terrace, etc. Groundbreaking is set for January 2024.
