**Job Description:**

The Partnership Activation Intern will assist with enhancing our Partners’ experience at the Dash. The ideal candidate is

someone who is self-motivated, creative, and can multitask multiple projects at one time. This internship focuses on

partnership services, in-game activations, and proof of performance with an opportunity for sales experience.

  
**Job Duties and Responsibilities:**

*   Taking pictures of sponsor activations on gamedays
*   Uploading and organizing Proof of Performance images and videos from partner activations
*   Assisting in designing and organizing presentations, including but not limited to, proposals, promotions, proof of performances, end-of-season recaps, etc.
*   Track sponsor activations and maintain inventory lists of partner assets throughout the season
*   Collect data pertaining to engagement, impressions, and frequency of sponsor activations
*   Aid in pre-game setting up of suites and hospitality areas for each Dash home game
*   Assist with any in-game sponsor activations or presentations
*   Assist with other departments as necessary
*   Other responsibilities as needed, including but not limited to, tarp pulls, firework cleanup, community events,

mascot appearances, etc.)

  
**Requirements:**

*   Ability to work flexible and demanding hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
*   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*   Customer service experience is required
*   Ability to use camera to capture sponsor activations is preferred (camera provided)
*   Ability to work in a team setting

  
**Training:**

All new hires in the Winston-Salem Sponsorship department will be thoroughly trained in all job duties and responsibilities.

Partnership Activation Intern

**Job Reports To:** Senior Manager, Marketing and Communications

**Status:** Part-time seasonal

**Start Date:** April 2026 _(flexible with academic schedule)_

**End Date:** September 2026 _(flexible with academic schedule)_

**Job Description:**

The Marketing and Social Media Intern will assist with season-long digital marketing and social media campaigns. The ideal candidate is creative, comfortable and active across the main social media platforms, confident and poised in interactions with athletes and fans, and is willing to contribute to overall marketing initiatives.  
  

**Job Duties and Responsibilities:**

*   Full understanding of each social media platform and its capabilities while staying on top of trends
*   Brainstorm social media promotions to highlight the Dash’s brand and maximize revenue 
*   Research marketing and sales strategies of other MiLB/MLB teams and other professional sports 
*   Assist with weekly and monthly social media analytics including Proof of Performance 
*   Assist leadership in the development of a brand position and a consistent brand message through all internal and external forms of communication, including digital media and content, game operations, and fan communications 
*   Assist with implementing comprehensive and creative marketing campaigns supporting ticket sales and brand awareness
*   Help manage the reporting and measurement of campaign results and opportunities 
*   Other duties as assigned   
      
    

**Requirements:**

*   The ability to work nights, weekends and holidays during the Dash’s 2026 season
*   Strong knowledge of social platforms and their respective algorithms 
*   Strong working knowledge of baseball. Previous experience working in sports is a plus 
*   Applicant should be a team player who is creative, driven and motivated for success 
*   Applicant should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including correct grammatical usage 
*   Knowledge of Adobe Suite is a plus (Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign) 
*   Photography skills are a plus

The Photography and Digital Content Creation Intern will assist with season-long content development and ideation. The ideal candidate is creative, comfortable and active across the main social media platforms, confident and poised in interactions with athletes and fans, and is willing to contribute to overall marketing initiatives.  
  

**Job Duties and Responsibilities:**

*   Gather video and still content during Dash home games. Including but not limited to player action shots, fan interaction, Truist Stadium areas, and Sponsorship elements 
*   Brainstorm digital content to highlight the Dash’s brand and maximize revenue 
*   Maintain and organize all content captured during games and outside events 
*   Full understanding of each social media platform and its capabilities while staying on top of trends
*   Research marketing and sales strategies of other MiLB/MLB teams and other professional sports 
*   Assist leadership in the consistent brand image through all internal and external forms of communication, including digital media and content, and fan communications 
*   Other duties as assigned 

  

**Requirements:**

*   Photography and videography skills 
*   Video Editing and Photoshop experience 
*   Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign). Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus
