Arias was ranked No. 8 on my O's top 20 international prospects list and has been in the top 10 all 4 years of this project since 2022.

RHP Levi Wells touched 100 mph 4 O's tonight over a 4 IP, 1 run stint. 4s avg 97.9/2s at 96.1. Got 6 whiffs in 9 swings off slider. Not in a top 30 yet, but he's gonna be. If you follow my Substack we profiled him (right now stuff over stats) a week ago.
