**Position Overview**

The Social Media Specialist will support the Social Media Manger and Social Media Influencer Manager with execution of day-to-day social media and influencer marketing operations. This role plays a key part in managing administrative, content, and reporting tasks that support digital strategy and brand visibility. The ideal candidate is a social media native who understands platform best practices, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to grow their career in luxury hospitality marketing.

**Essential Duties And Responsibilities**

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:



* Assist the Social Media Manager in building and maintaining the social media content calendar across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube)
* Monitor daily platform activity, including likes, comments, mentions, and messages; escalate as needed
* Participate in on-site content capture including photography, videography, and behind-the-scenes moments
* Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, visual identity, and compliance standards.
* Assist the Influencer Manager on outreach, vetting, and onboarding processes
* Assist the team with building itineraries, securing internal bookings, and coordinating in-house experiences
* Assist the Influencer Manager to track deliverables and content usage rights
* Assist the Influencer Manager and Social Media Manager to gather weekly and monthly analytics from social platforms and influencer campaigns
* Identify platform trends and highlight content performance opportunities
* Support integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
* Liaise with internal teams (PR, Events, F\&B, Spa, Entertainment) to coordinate content and promotions
* Assist with brand partnerships and special projects requiring social amplification

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field with equivalent work experience
* 1–2 years of relevant experience, including internships or freelance social media work
* Deep understanding of major social media platforms and trends
* Experience with social scheduling, content management, and basic editing tools
* Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
* Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, and Google Workspace
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Must be available for occasional nights, weekends, and holidays for events and content needs

Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.

**Language Skills**

Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

**SALARY**

$25.00 per hour
