Golf Space Collective is seeking an experienced Orlando-area photographer to help cover the International Association of Golf Administrators Annual Conference at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress.

***\*\*Applicants must be somewhat local to Orlando area***

IAGA represents state and regional golf associations throughout the United States and Canada. The conference brings together executive directors, senior staff, USGA representatives, sponsors and other golf industry leaders.

This is primarily a photography assignment, with a small amount of straightforward video interview capture.

Schedule

Sunday, November 8

* Cover a portion of the afternoon golf outing
* Capture golf action, group photos and candid interactions
* Cover the opening happy hour and conference kickoff that evening
* Provide a selection of edited golf photos Sunday evening for participating associations to share on social media

Monday, November 9

* Provide coverage throughout the primary conference day
* Capture speakers, educational sessions, exhibitors and sponsor activations
* Document networking, candid interactions and the overall conference environment
* Cover the Monday evening awards dinner

Video Support

In addition to photography, the selected creator will capture approximately five or six short interviews with attendees and sponsors. These interviews will be used as testimonials and promotional content for future IAGA conferences.

The interviews will be relatively simple, but the creator must have the equipment and experience necessary to capture clean, professional audio.

Ideal Candidate

* Strong event, conference or golf photography portfolio
* Comfortable photographing both outdoor golf and indoor conference environments
* Able to capture polished event coverage without disrupting attendees or programming
* Experience shooting simple interviews with professional audio
* Own professional photo, video and audio equipment
* Able to deliver a selection of quick-turn photos during the event
* Based in Orlando or Central Florida preferred
* Golf industry experience is strongly preferred

Deliverables

* Quick-turn selection of edited golf photos on Sunday
* Curated gallery of edited photographs from both days
* Organized video files from approximately five or six testimonial interviews
* Delivery of all agreed-upon content to Golf Space Collective following the event

This is a paid freelance opportunity. The conference will also provide the selected creator with direct exposure to marketing and communications leaders from golf associations around the country.
