**Job Title: Goalkeeper Soccer Instructor (Part-Time)  
**  

**Overview  
**  

Globall Concepts, the parent company of the Long Island Rough Riders soccer franchise, is seeking enthusiastic and energetic part-time Goalkeeper Soccer Instructors to deliver high-quality community-based soccer programs for children ages 4–15.  
  

This role is ideal for coaches who are passionate about player development, enjoy working with young athletes, and want to be part of a positive, fast-paced training environment.

Globall Sports Center, Uniondale, NY  
  

**Responsibilities  
**  

*    Deliver engaging, high-energy goalkeeper and soccer training sessions 
*    Implement structured lesson plans while adapting to different ages and ability levels 
*    Create a positive, fun, and development-focused learning environment 
*    Build strong relationships with players and parents 
*    Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants at all times 
*    Represent Globall Concepts and the Rough Riders brand professionally on and off the field 

  
**Qualifications  
**  

*    Passion for working with children and youth development 
*    Previous coaching or playing experience (goalkeeping experience preferred) 
*    Prior involvement in youth soccer environments (camps, clinics, academies, or teams) 
*    Strong communication skills and positive, professional attitude 
*    Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset 
*    CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) 
*    Coaching licenses or qualifications preferred but not required 

  
**Hours  
**  

*    Part-time, scheduled weekly 
*    Varied days and times based on class programming and seasonal demand 
*    Flexibility required, including evenings and weekends where necessary 

  
**Compensation  
**  

*    $25.00 – $50.00 per hour 
*    Rate dependent on experience, qualifications, and coaching level 

  
**Hiring Requirements  
**
